Our Farm
A 12-acre farm located in the Eastern Region, established during the pandemic, One Corner Garden’s farm-to-table operation aims to vertically integrate our business by bringing the freshest produce directly to our restaurant. This initiative not only ensures the highest quality ingredients but also promotes sustainability and supports local agriculture.
Our Produce:
Our farm is integral to our operation, supplying a wide range of fresh, locally grown produce that forms part of the foundation of our diverse menu. Here’s a glimpse of what we bring from our farm to your table:
Plantain: Harvested at peak ripeness, our plantains are a key ingredient in our beloved plantain sandwich, adding a deliciously sweet and savory element.
Green Peppers: Freshly picked green peppers add vibrant color and a crisp, flavorful crunch to our meals.
Sugarcane: Grown with care, our sugarcane is juiced for our bar and also distilled into high-quality alcohol at One Corner Distillery.
Palm Wine: We also have a vigorous palm wine tapping operation which feeds One Corner Distillery with source material as well.
Eggplants and Tomatoes: Our eggplants and tomatoes are grown under optimal conditions, ensuring they are bursting with flavor and nutrients for our dishes.
Rocket – For use in our salads, wraps, Bofloat Burger and Plantain Sandwiches
