One Corner Garden is thrilled to announce the establishment of One Corner Distillery, a groundbreaking addition to our lush and gorgeous garden hospitality venue in central Accra, specifically Kokomlemle.

Our venue has always been a haven for those ‘in the know’ to unwind and enjoy themselves, and our new distillery promises to elevate this experience even further.

Using world-class copper-still technology, we produce premium fruit brandy extracted entirely from locally sourced Ghanaian fruit. What sets our process apart is its unique approach—unlike many other distilleries, we do not use alcohol procured from a third party and then add flavour to make our drinks. Instead, we rely entirely on locally acquired fruits which we ferment and extract alcohol from directly, ensuring our world-class spirits are one hundred percent naturally flavoured from Ghanaian fruit.

In addition to supporting local farmers and reduction of food waste; our mission is to revolutionise traditional local methods of alcohol distillation, such as the production of akpeteshie from palm wine or sugarcane using wood-fired metal barrels.

By utilizing controlled, hygienic conditions and advanced technology, we create a premium product that maintains the authenticity of local practices while enhancing quality and safety.

We bring a new level of versatility to local alcohol production through our ability to extract alcohol from a variety of locally available fruits. We have already developed delicious orange, banana, pineapple, and mango fruit liquors, which will be available for tasting at One Corner Garden’s bar and other selected venues to be announced soon.
